What a fun filled, high energy evening! We took the whole family out for a holiday session. It had been so long since Jen and I mad first made contact that it was so nice to finally be able to shoot them. They came beautifully dressed an full of spirit. I am still shaking in my boots...Uggs that is! I have been dying to trying out this new location, but it wasn't quite suited for little ones. When I found out I was going to have the chance to photograph Rachel and Jake I knew this what the spot!

We hit a few places first, but ended up at this old abandoned school house not far from my home. All was going well and were were having a blast exploring the old cars and cool broken windows when....BAM!!!!!! a loud crashing noise came from outside!!!!!!! Ummm, let's just say we ALL made a b-line for the car. I even left my stool!!!! SO who know what it was, but we didn't stick around to find out! So this first image is the minute it happened. Can you see the terror on Jake's face?

How luck am I to photograph this sweet family that also happen to be my neighbors! They were about the easiest family to work with- so easy going and real. I know mom was so happy to catch some of the beautiful colors of fall...we definitely got some wall hangers here. More to come................

This picture was too cute not to share.....I just love my children, they are my inspiration for everything. I love to see them beginning to interact. It is so awesome when you can capture that little moment between siblings. Little Arden so looks up to big brother and her relishes every minute!
